Today I began my weekly visit to the doctor and I've been anticipating this visit the last two weeks. This is the first time she checked my cervix and I was hopeful that there would be some sort of progression and there is! Although, really at this stage, it doesn't mean a whole lot as far as knowing if the baby will be here in 2 weeks or 5 weeks! I also received my screening for Strep B. She also predicted that Tyler will weigh roughly 7lbs on the day he is born....Time will soon tell!
Here are the stats from my visit today:
Blood Pressure 102/60
Belly Measurement: 37 cm
Tyler's Heart rate: 145
Effaced: 50%
Dilated: 1cm
Baby's Position: Head down
Contractions: None
Baby Dropped: NO
Weight Gain - no comment!

Glad to hear everything is going so well. I am swelling in the feet and ankles as well, but the BP is fine so hopefully it will stay this way. Not much longer till you can meet little Tyler. Cant wait to see pics. You look great!
